Tea Party
Chloe and I had a fun little tea party today
while Caleb was taking a nap. I've been
pretty fond of tea for awhille now...in Rochester
I remember associating tea with bible study,
yummy treats, and awesome friends...and now
I can "drink" tea with my little girl...I LOVE it!!
As you can tell she is quite the little pretender!!
Here she is blowing on the tea because it's "too
hot."

Big Kids
Caleb turned 4months this past week! He is
doing well. We went to the doctor for his well child
and he weighed 17 lbs 10 oz and was 26 inches long!
He is in the 90th percentile for kids his age!!!
Chloe had her 2 year check up and she was 32 lbs
and 3 feet tall! She was in the 95th percentile for
kids her age...we grow them big around here I
guess!!!
Another piece of news that I am REALLY
excited about....Chloe went potty on the potty
chair for the first time this past week! Of course
ever since then there have been many false
alarms but this is a start!!! If anyone has any
potty training advice please share!!!

Fun in our chairs
Today has been one of those days...you know the kind...
both kids woke up WAY too early and have been
super cranky....Crying, time-outs, and laundry abound...
but in the midst of the chaos there are so many reasons
to be thankful, laugh, and smile. I mean look
at this little handsome man smiling
in his bumbo chair!
at baby pics of my sister and I at my mom's
house and gave me this look in her highchair
and said "Tots" (Her word for Tasha)...this is the
same exact faceTasha made in her highchair when
she was Chloe's age (and that was in the pics Chloe

Chloe turns 2!
Make a Smilebox slideshow |
I am SO BEHIND lately in everything I do...so it just figures that
I'm 3 weeks late in posting about Chloe's Birthday!! Anyways, thanks
to everyone who made Chloe's day special! She had a blast at her birthday
party and loved all the excitement! As you can see she had a lot of friends
helping her with gifts and was presented a giant chocolate chip cookie
made by Aunt Tasha and an Elmo cake (made by me which was suprisingly
quite fun!!!) She also really enjoyed the presents and cards that
she received in the mail so again THANK YOU!
