Caleb is officially 1 1/2 years old today! I can't believe that "Baby Caleb" is this old! Kyle can't either cuz the other day he told someone at work that he was "15 months...wait no, 16 months...no, 17 months!"

Here are a few tidbits about Caleb right now...
He loves his "froggie" but is happy to put him in his "home (crib)" when I ask him to.

His favorite word is truck which sounds like "duck"

His favorite toys are trucks.

His favorite thing to do when he wakes up in the morning is snuggle in the chair with his mommy and read books. The next thing he does is crawl into Chloe's bed with her!

He knows that when Chloe heads to the bathroom he might get an M&M (still her prize for pottying...hmmmmm...) so he goes and stands next to that cupboard and waits...

His favorite food is pasta.

His least favorite food = vegetables. He will not eat one even if it is covered in ranch dressing...

His least favorite time of the day = teeth brushing time.

His least favorite part of mealtime = getting his face wiped off.

Here's what people are saying about Caleb...
"He is the most stubborn kid I've ever seen!" --Grandma Melanie 6/14/10:)

And finally...here are a few pics of our little guy!

Dam 2 Dam

Kyle and I survived a rainy 12.4 mile race this past Saturday! The rain actually kept us cool and didn't feel too bad. Chloe said a couple of funny things though that I just can't resist posting. The day before the race I was looking at the forecast for rain (and getting a little concerned about the flash flood warnings) and she said "Well, we have an umbrella. And Mason has one too." Then a little later I said "Mommy is scared of lightening so I hope it doesn't storm." She patted me on the shoulder and said "I'll protect you Mommy." The next morning at Grandma and Grandpa's house she said to my mom, "I hope Mommy is doing ok running in the rain." What a little sweetheart:)
